At MONAVÉ, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of professional nail products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Opened or used products.

Incorrect purchases made by the customer.

Change of mind after the order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.
MONAVÉ reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these requirements.
